Problem with sites after upgrading

I used to upgrade CPANEL/WHM and lost all sites. They're accessible via http://IP/~useraccount/ but not accessible directy via URL.

Need some help (I am newbie).

What version are you running? Upgrading shouldn't touch your httpd.conf which is most likely the issue.

Try running this as root:

/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest
