Problem In Top Email Relayers

I cant see any details in "Top Email Relayers"
I just see following:

Below are list of users who have relayed mail. They are listed in the order by number of messages sent. You can click on the user/domain to view the message recipient.
User Domain Messages Sent Total Bytes Sent

How can resolve this issue?

Update cpanel and make sure all services are up and running, then check the logs for more information on this.
