Problem Upgrading

I have tried to upgrade cpanel 4 times now everytime it says the same thing?

I have Cpanel 6.4.2-R5, when i try to update it says it found Cpanel 6.4.2-R6 and goes through all the upgrading things, then tells my to close my browser but when I log back in it says I still have R5 instead of R6?
