Problem with (username)_logs FTP access

Hi all,

We're using pureftp and are having a problem with the username_logs accounts within FTP manager

The link that is generated for the user is

ftp://username_logs:password@ftp.dom...domainname.com

rather than the correct

ftp://username_logs@domain.com:passw...domainname.com

This is on a WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S119 box

any ideas? is there any checkbox or similar to tick to get the domain appended?


Also, another issue is that for the 3 links that get generated, only one of them links to the correct file.. the other two point to non-existent files (like ftp.domain.com-ftp_log for example)

Your cPanel install is very old. Please consider upgrading.

Well, i'd prefer not to upgrade these boxes.. it's been a p.i.t.a. to upgrade in the past.

I've just tried this on a WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-S16999 box and although the links seem to get created with the correct username (although with a + not an @) and it's just hanging.

I tried this in an FTP client and I get

421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Login failed.

(the FTP password db has been sync'd)

.. so that's 2 different problems now. Any ideas?
