Can't call method "children" on an undefined value at ./traceaddy.cgi line 274, <ERRTRACE> line 84.

to change "for ( $i = 0; $i < scalar( $handle->children ); ++$i ) {"

traceaddy.cgi is work

Not sure if this happened to you or not, but on a brand new fully updated install of cpanel i got the broken image error mentioned in this "closed" issue:
Mail Troubleshooter - broken image?

eximup-force did not help

this did:
rm -Rf /etc/exi*; rm -Rf /var/spool/exim; /scripts/eximup --force

I mention it because it also seems to have fixed all of my mail troubleshooter issues

I believe this will delete any mail in queue - be advised
