Problem with WHM+WHMCS

Hello, I am using WHM/Cpanel + WHMCS ... but there is problem and I don't know from where it come or how to fix it.

When someone pay for hosting it send him email with all possible login info, well here is the part which don't work:

Temporary FTP Hostname: 50.80.xxx.1
Temporary Webpage URL: http://50.80.xxx.1/~com/
Temporary Control Panel: http://50.80.xxx.1/cpanel

This is just example ... If user want to go on their "temporary webpage" they come on error page:

It GIVE CORRECT IP, but cpanel don't make user's webspace on this address ... what I did wrong ? please help it's urgent my users are waiting. ( this IP is also used for nameserver 1 ip, is this wrong ? )
