What is line 102 in sql.php?
Try and Repair the horde DB.

Got that... The horde error is because the horde password is not accepted in the mysql database. All you have to do is:

/scripts/fullhordereset

mysql

use mysql;

UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD('type the password given by the output of '/scripts/fullhordereset'' ) WHERE user='horde';

FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

quit

Now give horde a try

And for the neo-mail.. The permissions on the neomail folder was wrong.

just do:

chmod 1777 /var/cpanel/neomail
==================

Everything will work fine
