problems accessing server from UK

Hi,
ive got a cpanel server in the NAC datacenter, and clients in the UK, and me, have been experiencing occasional problems accessing the server,
they can access the IP, just not their domain,
but whenever I use checkdns.net or dnsstuff.com it can access the server fine,
is anyone else having these problems?

If your datacenter is using Cogent for the backbone this will happen from time to time. I've seen it happen a lot.

but the datacenter isnt using cogent for the backbone, well thats what they say,
when I run a traceroute from here i get:
