Unhappy Problems installing an SSL certificate.

    Hello friends,

I made the purchase of a RapidSSL certificate ssl in, when I generated Signing Request, put a company email, then send the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for them and they returned me a Signed Certificate, but does not work, I noticed that the e-mail key contact is different from what I have and RapidSSL certificate issued by, is that why not work?

If I generate a new key can work? how can I do?

    Thank you.

Have you tried to contact RapidSSL about the issue to ask them this question?

Hello, who sold me the certificate was Dynadot, I contacted them but he only replied that I should use the root CA bundle, already tried everything but it did not work, I try to talk to staff RapidSSL then.

But still do not understand how the process of installing the certificate, Dynadot gave me a certificate I need to paste it in the field of CRT or key?

    thanks

The certificate would be pasted into the crt field as that's the certificate that you have.

    Hello

If you have access to Web Host Manager, you can use the following guide to install the certificate:

    Installing a certificate via WHM

If you only have access to cPanel, you can use this guide:

    Add a Certificate

If you continue to experience trouble installing the certificate, please contact your web hosting provider for assistance. Or, if you have root access to the server, you can submit a ticket with us via:

    Thank you.

Hi friends, I could understand how it works and get
    I install my certificate.

But I discovered that the RapidSSL SSL does not work in google chrome, and accessing the site via google chrome says the site uses encryption behind a 3.0, I noticed that the best is TLS 3.3 is this correct?

I'll have to buy an SSL 3.3 (TLS 1.0) for more security and stop this message?

    thanks

    Hello, problem solved

    Everything is correct now.

I think the browser was showing an old message, because after
clear the cache again showed the correct code and now using this
    TLS 1.0

    Thank you all.
