    Default Problems with recursion lookup.

I tried to edit named.conf to disallow recursion lookup. So added line "recursion no;" in options. And then yes,the recursion lookup was disallowed. But a new message showed on main of Cpanel. It's:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]Unable to fetch Web Host Manager Security News. The News server may be down or unreachable.
And I couldn't send and receive email.
Anyone experienced this? Please share with me.Thnaks.
