Default Problems setting up something in PHP

I don't really know how to explain this, but wanted to get some input.

I am trying to setup phpmycomic. When I upload it and try to run the install it ask's me all the information. Well, after I fill out everything I get this error message: Could not open file

The only thing I can think of is maybe the folder does not have permissions to install itself and update everything. Does anyone know what I could do?

If there is something I am being vague on please tell me and I'll try to explain it in detail.

Ususally there is a install or readme file that tells you the permissions for the files and folders thats required for a successful install. If you server is running under phpsuexec, you may not be able to change the permissions as required to make the install work. In this case you may have to update the files manually. You might want to see if the script has a FAQ page or a forum with an alternate install method.

Try their forum. They have a troubleshooting section.
