Problems since Upgrading to Latest Release

I upgraded cPanel yesterday to the latest Release Build.
Since then, I am unable to access one of the forums on danethical.com. The forum is http://buyandsell.danethical.com

I have done everything on my own end. However, other people can access.

We found something in cPanel under IP Deny Manager:

Current IP addresses being blocked
ARRAY(0x1c4c840)

I have never seen that before. It seems to be in all of our cPanels. Is this normal? If not, where on the server do I go to remove it? It is not selectable in cPanel.

Help is urgent and appreciated.

I have this problem too and it's causing some users to get 403's does anyone know how to remove it. Thanks
