Default Problems updating ( Error: Missing Dependency: )

Im having some troubles with httpd, it stop working every couple hours, I already recompile apache, but the problem still there, I read that I should update my software (I'm using centos) using /scripts/upcp

and in the log I can read this:

    Downloading Packages:
    Running rpm_check_debug
    ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
Package gcc-java needs gcc = 4.1.2-46.el5_4.1, this is not available.
Package gcc-java needs gcc = 4.1.2-46.el5_4.1, this is not available.
Package gcc-java needs gcc = 4.1.2-46.el5_4.1, this is not available.
Package gcc-java needs gcc = 4.1.2-46.el5_4.1, this is not available.

And when I try with yum update I get this output:

    --> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: librrd.so.2()(64bit) is needed by package perl-rrdtool
Error: Missing Dependency: perl-Socket6 is needed by package mrtg
Error: Missing Dependency: perl-IO-Socket-INET6 is needed by package mrtg
Error: Missing Dependency: ruby is needed by package rrdtool
Error: Missing Dependency: perl(Convert::ASN1) is needed by package samba
Error: Missing Dependency: rrdtool = 1.2.23 is needed by package perl-rrdtool

What should I do, tnks in advance

    Default

What perl version are you using?

    perl -v
If it is older than 5.8.8, upgrade perl. Also check which perl modules are missing by executing

    /scripts/checkperlmodules
