Urchin no works !

Hi !!

I have installed Urchin apparently formed. script well inspector says that this all correct one to me. I access to my stats http://midomain.com:9999/ and all the values are to 0 does not tell to the visits nor anything of anything... Soon when acceding from cpanel it says east error to me: Aable to Access configuration or direct linking is off As it is the problem? exist some manual explanatory of as configure urchin ? .. I believe all well that this.
