Default Problems with Urchin intergrated into cpanel (pageviews problem)

First I need location of urchin conf which is intergrated into cpanel, not standalone urchin.

Second after i upgraded cpanel to 11 or better to say system upgraded to 11 it seems that urchin doesn't shows good data:

I have 50% more unique visitors than in august but pageviews are 2x lower than in august.
So I think maybe something broke during upgrading from cpanel 10 to 11.

If anyone knows what has changed that it could impact urchin please let me know. Thanks

OK update, it seems that from Cpanel 11 there are different intervals of collecting data. So I would like to know where I can set crontab from urchin so i can set time from when to when data is collected?

I cant really compare data when they are not taken from same period of tame or day.

    Thanks

Urchin isn't even a product any more, it hasn't been in years, since google picked it up. If you expect something that hasn't been updated in years to be supported, good luck there.

Your best bet in this case is to contact your DC (who most likely provided you with the urchin license) and go from there. I'm surprised CPanel hasn't tossed urchin support completely, due to the discontinuation of the product.

Actually, Urchin is still around and Urchin 6 is coming out soon. Google just don't sell it directly but they sell it through VARs such as Actual Metrics. I personally think it is hugely overpriced though.

Also, literally within the past week the likes of SoftLayer have signed site licensing agreements for Urchin: http://www.softlayer.com/press_2007_10_01.html

Ok, color me wrong, it happens :P . It still (from what I can see) hasn't been updated in quite some time, with the latest OS from RH being RHEL3. This could have some issues with it, as with each OS release, new things get added, and binaries will break (gcc, compilers, libraries break).

Your best action is to see if Urchin itself is working properly, because if you're using a later OS, chances are it might not be.
