problen with apache

Hi, i have problen with apache,

all time i receved msg is down and restarted this, look:

i use apache 1.x and recompliled to 2. and not solved my proben, i see log files and see WHM access apache (/usr/local/apache/logs/access_log):

I believe those messages in the second quote are normal. Is apache up?
