Default [proftp] On browsing directory, disconnect

One of my customers is having a problem; which I can repeat. When opening a directory the session will randomly close as soon as it's accessed. There are about 30 directories and about 30 files in that directory (wich many more in the subdirectories).

What should I look for in order to find the problem? Possible setteing in a file I may have to adjust?

Known problem - proftpd is segfaulting.

If nick would just push out 1.2.9, then this and other problems would dissapear.
