ProFTP -> pureFTP : Howto??

Hi all,

Just read a security warning about proFTP, been suggested to switch to pureFTP.

As I am new to Linux and CPanel, so.. I don't know how to switch??

Anyone can help will be appreciated.

Login to WHM

under Service Configuration >> Ftp configuration
you will find that option

I have found that I am running the pureFTP already.

Just don't know why the warning message is just up there.

When CPANEL pushes security notifications it will come up for all customers regardless if its 'enabled' on your server.

Its a global 'news alert' basically.
