Publishing to Frontpage

Is it possible to publish a website using Frontpage before the domain name has propagated?

I've tried publishing to:
http://servername.com/~username
http://serverIP/~username
http://servername
http://serverIP
ftp://servername.com/~username
ftp://servername.com/~username/www
ftp://serverIP/~username
etc.

There's got to be a way for a client who has a shared IP to be able to publish via Frontpage.

Can someone please tell me how it's done?

Yeah, I don't think it's possible.
Until the domain name propagates, they could use a regular ftp client to upload their pages that were made in frontpage. After propagation they could set up frontpage again.

There is a way using subdomains...

Customers domain name is, say, http://www.customer.tld
Main website domain name is, say, http://www.example.com

via WHM, park/point the domain name customer.example.com on their main domain name (www.customer.tld) and get them to publish to the subdomain.
