Pulling Service Status Info

My apologies if this has already been posted. I searched and found nothing about this.

What I'm trying to do is to run /scripts/servup and parse the data so I can have a Service Status page on my website for any Joe Schmo to see.

I've tried everything I can think of, to no avail. Does anyone know of/have a little code snippet that will pull the service information so that I can parse it for my own use?
