    Default Purchase & Install SSL Certificate not working

    Hi,

    I'm trying to renew a certificate I purchased via WHM's Purchase & Install SSL Certificate. I'm not having much luck. When I get to the checkout point, and my ccard info has been entered, all I am returned is a generic transaction failure error. There's nothing else on the page, so it's hard to tell for sure, but I suspect the error is coming from a payment gateway.

    Also, the phone number in that area for "Trustwave has a special 24x7x365 priority customer service line for cPanel customers - Call 1-866-775-2378" doesn't work. I just get a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

    Any suggestions?

    Drop us a sales ticket or send an email to sales@cpanel.net with relevant information and I can forward this to the appropriate personnel on the cPanel side of things who typically handle these sorts of issues.

    I was just looking at this exact same thing today... and apparently it is still not fixed?

    I too am going to send an email in regards to this... as I want to get a wildcard ssl certificate on my machine, so that at least then my email wont keep asking me to authenticate the certificate, as well as explorer telling me that the cpanel login page will then stop barking at me that the page shouldn't be viewed...

    Where is the trustwave cert renewal option to be found in WHM ?

    I can't find it, and it seems also impossible to renew directly with trustwave, because cpanel is a reseller of theirs.

    I raised the same problem with cP last year !
    The only option is to buy and install a new cert when the old one expires.
    How crap is that.
