Purchase & Install SSL Certificate Problem

This is not working at all. I get timed out errors like this:

a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]...Unable to connect to host: 69.90.250.57......Failed...[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]...Unable to connect to host: 69.90.250.57......Failed...

Any ideas? Neither xramp or securessl is working correctly.

Is there paid support somewhere? Or, a help desk for when the product does not work correctly?
