    Default pure-ftpd

On one of our servers there appears to be a lot of duplicate FTP accounts that cropped up, I'm guessing it was before or do to the change from proftp to pure-ftpd. I'd like to remove them all at once but can't find where pure-ftpd is actually saving it's information as cpanel appears to not use the default files. Can anybody let me know what file(s) pure-ftpd by default on cpanel stores this information so I can come up with a way to remove it all?

    Thanks

Well in case anybody else stumbles on this, they are located in /etc/proftpd/$user , where $user is the username of the hosting account and not the virtual FTP account.
