A question about cPanel and WHM

I haven't bought this software yet, but I do intend to. I have a question before I buy. Does this software come with a built in dns software or do I have to have my own separate DNS server? If it doesn't, is there any software that I place on the same server that works good with cpanel?

Yes, the DNS software comes builtin in WHM.

Hello,

When you install WHM/CPanel on your server following servers are installed by default:

1) Web Server called Apache
2) DNS Server which is Bind server
3) Database server called as MySql
4) FTP Server called as Pure-Ftpd server

In this way all the required servers, applications, compilers are installed be default. Thats why WHM/Cpanel is so famous and used by most of the people
