Question About PHPBB and CPanel

My host just upgraded to the lates version of CPanel and ever since then ive been having problems with my PHPBB Forums on my PHPNuke site. Atfist i thought it was somthing to do with the forums and site but i deleted all he forums and reloaded them and still got the same error. and now im hearing from someone that CPanel are having problems with PHPBB forums.

If this is it then i just want to no when this will be fixed because its hurting my site bad.. Since PHPNuke Practicly runs off of PHPBB.
