Question on CSR generation

I'm confused about a set of fields on the form here:

Main >> SSL/TLS >> Generate a SSL Certificate and Signing Request

The first three fields under "Cert Info (this will be displayed when a user connects)" are for an email address and password/verify password.

Someone please advise: Where will this info will appear when a user connects?
Whose email address should go into this field?
What is this password for?

The contact email will be displayed when a user connects to the site and selects to view the certificate. The password will not be displayed but is used as part of the encryption. If a password were not included, then anyone could use the actual details that display in the certificate and generate a duplicate copy of the CSR and RSA. The password is what makes it unique.

As for whose email address should go into the field, the email address of the business should go into the field for who they want to be able to be contacted if anyone has issues with the certificate or questions on the business.
