Queue Outgoing email based On Remote Domain?

Is it possible to queue outgoing email differently based on the destination domain? For example all Hotmail.com emails.

I see BSMTP - how to create file http://www.exim.org/exim-html-4.50/d...html#SECT44.11
But not how to release the file(s).

Anyone have any experience? Not sure if this is what I want?

Thank for the lead. It lead me to hold_domains which is what I really needed.

This option allows mail for particular domains to be held on the queue manually. The option is overridden if a message delivery is forced with the -M, -qf, -Rf or -Sf options,
