About LinkBacksOk, when I go to my server ip (e.g. http://66.66.66.66) It gives me the page and says, No website is configured at this address. Well how can I configure a website at that IP address instead of having a host or domain name and another account?

Place your files in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ will do it.
