Quota error

Hi!

My name is Cleber, of Brazil!

When I go to create an account in the WHM with a great space, it constraint in the hour of set the quotas.

When I go to list the accounts already servants, appears:

Main >> Account Information >> List Accounts

The system failed to return from fetching quota and disk infomation.This function cannot be used until quotas are repaired. [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

The serving one only normalizes when I restart the server.

What it is happening?

Have you tried running "/scripts/fixquotas" from your SSH console on the cPanel server yet?
