Quota and Webmail doesn't match

I've had this problem forever, and I'm certain that it must be on here somewhere, but I've not found a solution so I apologize in advance if I've overlooked it.

I have an email account that cPanel shows to have 70MB of emails in it. But, when I go in to Squirrel Mail (or even FTP to the mail account), there are only 2 small emails there, worth about 4kb.

I've cleared Spam Box, and I've double checked every folder for lingering emails, but can't find a problem.

How do I resolve this?

Go to cpanel and open file manager. Find map "mail" and under that map find any file "maildirsize" if that file is bigger than 0kb that simply delete it. Maildirsize is also under all maps for each mailbox, for instance in map /mail/info or mail/support ... and if bigger than 0kb just delete it.
