Quotas not updating

We have several CPanel servers where the quota is not updating. Everytime a user adds a file the quota for that user stays the same. If you run /scripts/fixquotas the quotas are updated. We have other CPanel servers and they are updating correctly. About the only thing I can see that is different, is that the servers that are not updating are running Redhat 7.3 . The CPanel versions on the servers vary they use:

Cpanel 6.4.0-S3
Cpanel 6.2.0-R48
Cpanel 6.0.0-R87
Cpanel 6.4.0-R2

I tried updating a server with version 6.4.0-S3, but it did not seem to help. I didn't try any of the others.

Any help would be appreciated.

ave you tried restarting cPanel? Maybe even a graceful reboot might fix it. If not you might have to have cPanel reinstalled.

I have the same problem... manually updating quotas works, but they do not update themselves automatically.

cPanel 10.0.0-C52
RedHat 9 i686 (Fedora Legacy)

Any ideas?
