Quotas: Unlimited?

We have packages setup for each of our clients on the server...
but somehow since the last cPanel upgrade + server upgrade to CentOS, all users quotas have been set to unlimited? Their bandwidth limit was untouched and is still accurate.

How can we get their space quotas back to normal?
Will we have to Edit each account one by one?
