R27203 - SSL Install hosed

With R27203, when you go to install a SSL and you paste the CRT into the first box the key does not come up automatically like it used to. Same with caBundle

Does the key file exist on the file system? If so, where (please provide the path)?

Hi cpanelkenneth,

Everything is as it should be in /home/user/ssl/certs and private

I have checked this on different computers as well as with IE and FF and the outcome is the same.

Go to install a certificate
select the domain from drop-down
the key should auto-populate and it does not.

Even after you paste the CRT in the first box you usually get the key and cabundle auto-fetched. It is not happening.

I have to actually have the CRT, key and cabundle on a notepad so I can copy and paste each into it's text box then I can install the certificate.

Correct. My original response was before the information was conveyed.

To EWD, please upgrade to the latest version (27225).

Just upgrade and still the same:

and still the same issue

We recently had some SSL install issues and what fixed it for me was removing the cert and private key from the /home/username/ssl , then updated WHM to the latest, installed the cert/key/ca bundle, restarted apache and the issue was resolved for me.
