I do and they have been up all day/night for me.
I am in AU, must then be a backbone isse.
All fixed...Not RS was a blacklist on the AU backbone from edu accounts.
Also, they have an announced maintenance window tonight during which time most parts of their site will be down. This maintenance does not seem to be affecting member servers, only RackShack's own site.
I still cannot access the Member section nor the order section.
