    Default Ram

    Hi all,

We have been having a problem with our server recently. When you try to go to a website hosted on the server it takes about a minute then comes back with page cannot be displayed.

Out hosts have said that we may need more RAM. I have looked on the Usage page but I cannot make head nor tails of it. Can somebody take a look and let me know what they think please?

Here is a screenshot of it. http://www.uk8ball.com/dump/mem.JPG

    Many thanks.

That is CPU usage. Can you access the command line and post the TOP or free -m output?

Personally this could be a users script causing the high CPU load - it could be anything!
    Kind Regards
