Re-activate neomail?

Hi,

One of my clients need to view his email in neomail. How does he do that? The current maildir conversion did not convert some of his archived emails.

I know that his email is still in the server, but cannot be viewed through squirrelmail.
The neomail files are still on the server, though.

Anyone will give me some lights on how to reactivate neomail on the server?

Neomail is not going to work with maildir.

If you have went through the maildir conversion process, maybe some of your mailboxes did not get converted. IF this is the case, run /scripts/convert2maildir again and tell it to convert any remaining mbox accounts.

IF the accounts WERE converted, then it is very possible that some of this particular user's email was in folders in his webmail (not in his inbox but other folders he created). And by defualt, after maildir conversion, if you log into squirrelmail you are only going to see mail that was in the inbox.

To fix:

1. Log into Squirrelmail as the user who cannot see all of their emails
2. Click on FOLDERS at the top
3. resubscribe to all of the folders.

Then you will be able to see mail in folders other than Inbox.
