re-installing older version till new one fixed

Can the Host where I am re-install the older version of WHM until the newest version security issues are fixed? I would like to know this answer BEFORE approaching them on it.

When I use the Add new account fubnction, WHM lists other users account packages alongside my own. This makes for a very cluttered and message package list (http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=72199) for details and unanswered query regarding this security issue. Is this a WHM security hole, or one the Host created with poor configing?

A poor config. This can be edited by your host, if they have root access.
