I've successfully transfered a users mail from an ensim server. Copied as 'inbox' :

/home/adminname/mail/username/inbox

But in Neo or Horde the Inbox is empty. I can't check it with OL or OE becaue I can't change the name servers till I have this issue resolved.

There are more files to be created. Probably running /scripts/updateuserdomains would do but I'd first ask Cpanel support.

Anyway setting up a new account executes that script, so you might try setting up a new account and see if this user's mail starts working.
