    Question

What red light? Do you mean the red icon in WHM under Server Status indicating server load? Your staff at the DC should be able to assist you with checking hardware shouldn't they?

    Hi,

I have Dell OpenManage installed on my Dell servers.
With it you can check the server health.
Also a RAC card is help full.
You can install OpenMange with yum.

i'm now able to login to dell omsa, seem like nothing's wrong with system.
but under storage it says "No storage controllers detected."

    Hi,

Maybe you can check the sata drive with Smartmontools ?
I would suggest you check the possibility to put a perc card with scsi hd's in your server. Raid is really the way to go if you want to offer reliable hosting.(imo)

    Hi,

I have no idea why you cannot login, but maybe a reinstall of omsa will help.
Also checking the logfiles may give you a clue what the problem is.
