redirect webmail login url

I need to redirect the webmail login to another url.
Normally i use a line like this in the .htaccess

Redirect /directory/file http://...

for this case:

Redirect /webmail/ http://...

But since webmail does not exist in the user directory, that not works.

Anybody can help me?

You want to do it for all users? If so, you'll need to do it in httpd.conf
Search for "webmail" and edit the entry.
