We set up a new server last weekend with RH 9 and Cpanel.
Among the various problems we've had to wade through on this nightmare adventure is the occasional domain that redirects itself to another domain - without our permission.
We moved the domains over using the account transfer function from another server.
Since some of the problems began with our domain registrar having problems on his end, we have had a time trying to figure out where faults lay for various issues. Some have been addressed here - with simple resolutions stated - thank you.
But we still cannot figure out why one domain still redirects to another domain. Plus when we do a DNS check at dnsreports.com we get reports of this nature for a few of the domains that have been troublesome:
"WARNING. The parent servers (TLD2.ULTRADNS.NET.) are not providing glue for all your nameservers. This means that they are supplying the NS records (host.example.com), but not supplying the A records"
For other domains on the same server everything checks out fine. Soooo, does it mean there's still a problem with our domain registrar? Or, is the problem with Cpanel?
