Redirection help??

Hi,
I have a client who is trying to redirect from his / directory to another directory. cPanel redirect doesn't work - you get an infinite loop develop. How can he have his main domain point to another directory within his account without changing DocuemntRoot. ?

You can also use an index.html file with the meta refresh tag (you can do a google search for more info on this tag)
