reg. linux question

suppose i am logged into root via ssh.

i want to search for all files in the root and its subdirectories for any data that contains a particular domain name.

for example, i added a filter which blocks mail from xyz.com

now i want to find out all the files that contain the text xyz.com

what would be the appropriate linux command to use ?
