    Download the installer from http://layer1.cpanel.net.

    # cd /home
    # wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/lastest
    # sh lastest

If you are asked any questions just press enter, or q if there is no default.

first i would try to run easyapache again.
do the following in the shell as root:

    /scripts/easyapache

choose option 6 and select all options you need.

if this fails you can try to reinstall cpanel

do the following in the shell as root:

    cd /home
rm -rf installd (don't panic if you get an error that this folder doesn't exist)
    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/lastest
    sh lastest

If you reinstall, will it keep all your existing domain(s) files/settings/dbs?
