Remote Access Key

Hi i am running CPanel 9.3 .0 5 and the remote access key is not showing up. There is NO button to generate a remote access key and on my 2nd server wich is running 9.3.0 C4 doesnt have that either.

Just noticed in our newer versions that the link is gone now and also list sub-domains is gone. Not sure why they are taking away links.
