    Default Remote Bakup Help!!!

    Hello

    i am try to configure my server to do remote backup
    On the remote server i have make a ftp account and i have add username password and ip in the WHM server that send backup file

    but i get always

    but i always get

    /backup is not a directory..
    Backup has been disabled to prevent file loss..
    /backup does not exist..
    Backup has been disabled to prevent file loss..


    i have also try with the path /home/username/public_html/backup but is the same, what's wrong?

    put your ftp backup to /root/username this will work , not sure why but /home/username will not work on my machines

    which in your case using backup as the directory

    /root/backup
