Remote Database Access Hosts Won't Remove

So I recently added a Remote Database Access Hosts to the list in Cpanel.

I now want to remove this ip address from the list and my testing is now over. I go through the tests and it says that the item was removed but it still remains in the list.

It looks like there might be a bug. How can I manually remove the ip address from the list? (I have full control of the server)

Let me understand this correctly,

You went to Remote MySQL in the cPanel interface to add an additional access IP for the database.

You are now going back to Remote MySQL to remove the IP, but after you click the button to remove it, and you receive a message it has been removed - going to that page again via the cPanel interface (not by clicking "back" in your browser) still shows that IP. Correct?

IN your initial post you state your cPanel install is build 26881. Please upgrade as the problem you describe is fixed in newer builds.

and problem still occurs.

It was a bug in rvskin theme, its resolved in latest version 8.68, but tnx for help.
