remote mysql - almost working

Hi there

Got the remote mysql almost working. Connection seems to be fine between both servers. But when a new account creates a db from addon scripts the only file that creates in /var/lib/mysql/use_db is : db.opt.
That file contains:
default-character-set=latin1
default-collation=latin1_swedish_ci

Tried several times with diffrent scripts and users. Always the same results.

Both machines are centos4.4. Mysql is 4.1.21 on both(cpanel mysql). On the mysql server we run dns only (test env.)


ok, it seems to work with fantastico after a small modification to the config file. Anyone who knows what to change to get addon scripts to work with remote mysql server?
