I have multiple cpanel servers using the same remote mysql server, but they all require the root mysql password,it works but thats bad from a security perspective, is there a way to set the root mysql username to something other then root ? the ultimate goal here is that each server will has a different login to the remote mysql server but would also use a different (then root) log to mysql (with roughly the same permissions as root) that way if somehow if 1 server is hacked/whatever other catastrophes, it can be set so that it only effects the databases of that server and not of all servers.
