I am trying to create, list and modify accounts using the php hash access scripts on this site.

The file that you include (Accounting.php.inc) does not exist (or at least is not accessable by me) on the server that I am registered at. I do not own this server, and I have contacted the owner who is as unsure as I as to how to fix this.

How can I access whm remotely via php without including Accounting.php.inc, or is there some way I can upload and install this?
